John graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1992 and started his career with State Farm shortly thereafter. In 1994 he joined National Transportation Insurance Agency and became President of the company in 2017. John holds a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation (CPCU) which involves intensive course work and national exams.
